Our conference center is located on the beautiful shores of Lake Ontario on Historic Association Island. A 65 Acre Island located in Henderson NY. Our venue is an original building that has been fully restored. Its vaulted ceilings are supported by beautiful rough hewn timbers accented by sparkling rope lights that provided a beautiful ambiance to your special event. We have a dance floor and room for a live band or professional DJ. The venue provides indoor table and chairs for up to 200 guests. We also have an additional 8’ folding tables for food service and an expanded bar area. We also have a large staging area for caterers.
The cost of the venue also includes a beautiful lawn with large shade trees overlooking Lake Ontario for the wedding ceremony or additional catering tents. The ceremony can easily be moved indoors in the event of bad weather. There are also numerous beautiful locations on the Island for you special wedding photos.
The cost of the venue:
- Base Rate (up to 200 guests) = $1,500.00
- Deposit (due at contract signing, applied to base rate) = $500.00
- Damage and cleaning deposit (due in advance, not in above) = $250.00
